| 摘 要： | 生态企业是我国实现可持续发展的最佳选择。依据生态原理和生态经济规律 ,在分析生态企业的主要内涵和特点等问题基础上 ,重点针对我国EEECS的现状和亟待解决的问题 ,较系统地探讨了我国建立和完善生态企业的主要对策和措施 ,包括建造生态工艺、加快生态技术创新、推进微观生态经济管理、建立相应的政策和法规体系、倡导生态消费等。

| Abstract: | Ecological enterprise is the best option for the sustainable development in China. On the basis of the ecological principle and eco-economical law, this paper analyzed the main content and characteristics of the ecological enterprises. Aimed at the present situation and the existing problems of the EEECS, the paper systematically discussed the main countermeasures and measures of establishing and completing ecological enterprises in China, which are: establishing ecotechnology, accelerating ecological technology innovation,pushing eco-economical administration of the enterprises, establishing policy and a legal system, encouraging ecological consumption and so on. |
