| 摘 要： | 战国末期，秦昭王同巴人刻石盟约，《盟约》说：“秦若犯夷，输黄龙一双；夷若犯秦，输清酒一钟”。此巴乡清酒不是寻常的酒。中国生产白酒的历史上限可推到汉代及以前。巴蜀地区生产酒的历史源远流长。自汉以降，名酒众多，且为世人所重。这种巴乡清酒似可断定为在当时是千金难求的蒸馏白酒。

| Abstract: | Sake in Ba area is a kind of extraordinary wine.The history of China's producing Chinese liquor can be traced back to pre-Han dynasty.Meanwhile,the wine made in Ba and Sichuan areas enjoys a long history.Ever since Han dynasty,there are many kind of famous wines valued by people all over China,and it is ascertained that this sake in Ba areas is the most precious and rarest distilled liquor at that time. |
