摘    要:教学团队是以教学工作为主线,以专业建设、课程建设、教材建设、实验及实践基地建设、教学研究等为重点,以推进教学改革、提高教学质量为主要任务,以院、系、中心(所、室)等为建设单位,以教学科研等各方面优势互补的教师建构的核心队伍。在高校教师队伍中,加强教学团队建设,从整体上提高教师队伍的教学水平,是贯彻落实“质量工程”、提高本科教学质量水平的关键。

Abstract:The teaching team is in the priority of teaching work, it is in the emphasis of specialized field's construction, curricula construction, teaching materials' construction, experimental and practical bases construction, teaching research and so on. It is in the main task of advancing teaching reform and improving teaching quality, and it is in the constructional unit of college, department, center( institute, laboratory), it is a core rank which is composed of mutual complementary teachers in the teaching, scientific research and in various of aspects. In the colleges and universities' teacher teams, we should build up the ranks of teachers and raise the professional teaching standards of teacher teams as a whole, which is to implement "Quality Project" and is the key to enhancing the level of undergraduate teaching quality.
