| 摘 要： | 全面改进和加强大学生思想政治教育具有至关重要的意义。总结以往思想政治教育的经验和教训,在新时期,要树立以人为本理念,增强大学生思想政治教育的实效性。坚持以人为本的工作理念,有助于高校教育者完成工作使命,进一步对大学生进行思想教育,旨在培养德智体美全面发展的社会主义合格建设者和可靠接班人。文从思想政治教育坚持以人为本的内涵、依据及意义出发,强调思想政治教育工作坚持以人为本的重要性,并提出大学生思想政治教育实现以人为本的路径选择。
