| 摘 要： | 该文从用户的视角明确了移动互联网的含义,在论述移动互联网与传统互联网共性的基础上,分析了移动互联网的特征——有条件的资源共享性、有条件的公平性和更大的灵活性。明确了情报交流的含义,分析了基于移动互联网的情报交流活动的新特征——情报来源广泛、情报交流活动空前活跃、极强的交流互动性。结合流程图,详细分析了基于移动互联网的情报交流模式,阐明了基于移动互联网的正式交流模式和非正式交流模式的特点和流程。最后归纳了基于移动互联网的情报交流效果的三种评价机制——基于专家系统的评价、基于大众评分和基于用户行为分析的评价,并指出各评价机制的优缺点。
