| 摘 要： | 本文首先将我国1998年至2010年的房地产宏观调控政策按时间顺序分为五个阶段进行梳理,接着分析了我国2011年最新的房地产宏观调控政策的内容,最后总结了我国房地产宏观调控政策的分类、目的并且对调控政策提出三点建议。
