| 摘 要： | 中国资本市场近年来的快速发展,一方面得益于中国经济的持续、稳定、健康发展;另一方面,也得益于各项改革措施沿着渐进式的市场化改革方向稳步推进。本文回顾了中国资本市场的发展历程,分析了其中存在的问题,并且提出完善我国资本市场的建议。
