| 摘 要： | 中国先秦是一个思想大发展的时代,诸子百家代表人物提倡慎战、正义战争和防御性战争的思想,对中国后世国防政策制定的影响是巨大的。中国今天的发展道路是和平的,国防政策是防御性的,这与中国的传统战争思想有一定的联系。奉行防御性国防政策符合中国国情和中国文化传统。
