“微时代”高校学生党建工作的探索

微博作为新兴的网络传播媒体，以其爆发性的使用增长趋势强力推动着“微时代”的到来，对当下在校大学生的学习、生活、思想道德和价值观念等方面都带来了深刻影响．也对传统高校党建工作提出了严峻挑战。通过分析“微时代”高校学生党建工作面临的挑战，利用“微时代”进行高校学生党员培养的优势，提出“微时代”进行大学生党员党建工作的应对策略．是很现实的课题。

Party Construction Work Among College Students in the Micro-age

Micro-blog, as an emerging medium of network communication and with its explosive growth trend, strongly foretells the arrival of a micro-age. It has brought a profound influence on the college students＇ life and study as well as on their ideological and moral values. Meantime, it has also brought severe challenges to the traditional Party construction work at colleges. Through analyzing these challenges, this paper elaborates how to take advantages of the ＂micro-age＂ to train student Party members and brings forward some cooing strategies for Party construction work among college students.
