| 摘 要： | 提升杭州城市国际化程度，不仅能促进全球高级要素集聚．更对增强杭州市乃至整个长三角地区经济社会发展活力和综合竞争力具有重要战略意义。本文按照城市国际化程度四方面的评价标准，通过与全国12大城市进行横向比较，采用定性和定量两种方法，多角度分析杭州目前城市国际化水平及特征，阐述影响杭州进一步国际化的主要因素，并探索性地提出优化提升对策。
