| 摘 要： | 实施国家助学贷款是国家保证贫困大学生顺利完成学业的有效措施,但这项措施在实施过程中面临的大学生毕业后还款率不高的问题亟待解决。本文将分析国家助学贷款还款率不高的原因,并提出提高还款率的一些措施。

| Abstract: | It is an effective measure for the Chinese government to provide the national loans to ensure that the poor students can finish their schooling smoothly. But this practice meets some problems such as the low refund rate. The paper analyses the reasons for this low return rate and sets forth some measures to increase the refund rate. |
