台湾幼托整合后学前教育之创新——台湾幼儿园教保活动课程新课纲解读

为确保健全幼儿教保环境的提供,符合"提供一致教保服务"之国际趋势,推动台湾幼教改革符合时代环境的需要,台湾学前幼儿教保政策历经14年的推动之后终于形成并实施"幼儿教育及照顾法",使台湾的学前教育从此迈入一个崭新的时代,并因应幼托整合,制定幼儿园教保活动新课纲。新课纲强调课程应以统整的方式实施,并依据幼儿的需求与社会的期待,将其内涵分为身体动作与健康、认知、语文、社会、情绪和美感等六个领域。新课纲要求教保活动课程基于统整课程理念设计,培养与陶冶幼儿拥有觉知辨识、表达沟通、关怀合作、推理赏析、想象创造与自主管理等六大能力。幼托整合是台湾幼儿教育发展过程中一个重要且具时代意义的变革。
