| 摘 要： | 以广东某高校为例,通过分析当前地方性师范院校教师教育的现状,如师范专业占学校专业总数的比例下降,而师范生招生人数不断上升,师范毕业生就业多元化等,探讨地方性师范院校如何转变办学方向,积极拓展服务地方经济社会能力,创新教师教育,形成一定的特色。

| Abstract: | Through case study of the local normal university,the researcher discusses the characteris-tics of teacher education.By analyzing the current status of teacher education in local normal university, such as specialties of teacher education declining but the students of teacher education increasing,and the graduates＆#39;employment diversification,the researcher points out how to change the direction of university development for the local normal university.It is suggested to expand the service for local economy and so-cial ability actively and to make innovations of teacher education,so as toform certain outstanding charac-teristics of teacher education. |
