民族典籍翻译与研究:回顾与展望

少数民族的典籍不仅具有极高的文物价值和文化价值,同时也是中华民族文化和世界多元文化的重要组成部分。近年来,在国家和文化部门的支持下,少数民族典籍的翻译和研究工作得以顺利开展,取得了辉煌的成就。不少相关研究项目得到国家和教育部社科基金的立项资助,众多优秀的民族典籍如藏族格言诗、蒙古族《江格尔》及柯尔克孜族《玛纳斯》被翻译成各种语言并出版发行。在国家相关部门、学界和出版界人士的共同努力下,我国民族典籍翻译与研究获得更多保障。

Prospect of Translation of Chinese Minority Classics

Chinese minority classics are of great historic and cultural value. They not only play an important part in Chinese culture, but also add to the world＇s cultural diversity. In recent years, with the support of the state and the department concerned with culture, translation and research of Chinese minority classics has been carried out smoothly. Translators and researchers have created brilliant achievements. Related projects are supported either by the National Social Science Fund or by the Social Science Fund of Ministry of Education. Many excellent minority classics such as the Tibetan gnomic verses, the Mongolian Janger and the Kirgiz epic Manas have been translated into various languages and published. It is firmly believed that, under the joint efforts of the department concerned and related, the academic translators and the publishing employees, Chinese minority classics will with no doubt have a bright future.
