香港督导者与本土督导者的实践对比

经对香港督导者与本土督导者的深度访谈发现:在督导策略上,香港督导者以启发式策略为主,而本土督导者以问题解决式策略为主;在督导功能上,香港督导者以发挥教育功能为主,本土督导者以实现行政功能为主;在督导关系上,香港督导者与社工间倾向"亦师亦友",本土督导者与社工倾向"朋辈或上下级关系"。另外,香港督导者的专业知识和工作经验优于本土督导者,本土督导者对内地的体制、文化更加熟悉。

Comparison of Practice in Hong Kong Supervisors and Supervisors of the Mainland

Social work supervision is a process of practice.Through the depth interview of HongKong supervisors and local supervisors,we found that,on the supervision strategy,Hongkong supervisor with heuristic strategy,while The local supervisor to problem solving strategy;on the supervision function, Hongkong supervisor perform for educational function,While the local supervisor perform for administra-tive functions;On the supervision relationship,Hongkong supervision and social workers tend to be men-tor,Local supervisors and workers tend to“peer or subordinate relationship”.In addition,the profession-al knowledge and work experience is better than the local supervisor of Hongkong,The local supervisor is more familiar with the culture and state system.Recommendations from the university personnel training mode,the construction of the system,rich practical experience to strengthen training the local supervisor.
