台湾小学融合教育班级之教师教学困扰探究——南投县小学普通班教师教学困扰调查

摘    要:为了探讨台湾小学教师对实施融合教育的教学困扰情况,我们以南投县小学普通班教师为研究对象进行问卷调查。调查显示:南投县小学普通班教师实施融合教育的教学困扰情形属于中等程度;教学困扰各层面由高而低的顺序为:"课程教学"最高,"专业知能"与"教室管理"居次,"支持系统"最低;教导班上学生障碍程度不同的教师,整体教学困扰有显著差异;在"专业知能"层面,学生障碍程度为中度的教师教学困扰较高。

The Study of the Teacher's Teaching Problems in the Inclusive Classroom at a Nantou County Elementary School in Taiwan

Abstract:The main purpose of this study was to explore the difficult situation and the teaching problems of the inclusive class teachers in Nantou County, Taiwan. Also, this study was to examine the degree of influence of the teachers' teaching problems on background variables. The tool of the study was "The Study on Regular Class Teacher's Teaching Problems in the Implementation of Inclusive Education in Nantou Elementary School Questionnaire". The 244 copies of questionnaires in total were sent out, while a very high percentage as 234 valid copies of them were collected. Various statistics methods, including percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, one-way ANOVA were employed to analyze the differences among the samples' background variables. The results are summarized as follows:1. The Nantou elementa- ry school inclusion education class teachers' teaching problems by all accounts belongs to a medium degree. 2. The degree of teaching problems ranks from high to low: curriculum teaching, professional knowledge and skills, classroom management, and the supporting system the lowest. Finally, according to the results of this study, the researchers provided suggestions for education management authorities, school executive units, teachers in general education class .
