| 摘 要： | 作为太平天国后期的主要领导人,洪仁玕被认为是中国近代特殊教育的思想启蒙者。在他向洪秀全呈交的资本主义施政纲领《资政新篇》中,他提出了诸多特殊教育的思想,如把残疾人的教育纳入和谐社会体系、制订相关的法律、开展职业教育等。这些思想对我国近代以来的特殊教育产生了深远的影响。

| Abstract: | As the primary leader of the ate Taiping Heavenly Kingdom, Hong Ren-gan is largely considered to have initiated the thoughts of special education in modern China. In"The New Draft of the Heavenly Administration" he presented to Hong Xiu-quan, he presented many special educational ideas. The ideas include integrating education for the handicapped into harmonious society system, making correlative laws, developing professional education and so on, which had exerted a significant influence on special education of modern China. |
