摘    要:分级教学是实现因材施教、个性化教学的需要,是大学英语教学改革的重要环节。要使分级教学达到较理想的效果,必须让教师和学生充分认识到分级教学的必要性,确定分级的原则标准,建立不同级别间的升降级激励制度,制定分级教学和分级考试大纲,加强动态的教务教学管理,促进大学英语教学改革的顺利进行和教学质量的全面提升。

Abstract:As an important step in college English teaching reform, graded teaching meets the needs of "teaching students in accordance with their aptitude" and "individualized teaching". To secure the ideal effect of graded teaching, teachers and students have to be fully aware of its necessity. The principles or criteria for grading students must be specified, and an inspiring system between different grades should be established. In addition, a syllabus for graded teaching and tests should be designed, and a dynamic system of management needs to be strengthened, so as to facilitate the college English teaching reform and improve the quality of education.
