| 摘 要： | 人类正逐步进入低碳时代，低碳经济正在取代传统经济增长方式而成为时代的主题。在这一背景下，我国生态文明建设既面临着困难和挑战，也存在着有利条件和机遇。文章认为低碳发展方式是推动我国生态文明建设的新途径。

| Abstract: | The human being is gradually moving into the low-carbon era,and the low-carbon economy becomes the theme of the times,as it is replacing the traditional mode of economic growth.In this context,China's ecological civilization is faced with both difficulties and challenges,and there also exist favorable conditions and opportunities.This paper argues that China's low-carbon development way is a new approach to promote the construction of ecological civilization. |
