三峡后靠移民研究综述

三峡工程非自愿移民的主要方式是后靠移民和外迁移民,在实践上后靠移民的比重又大于外迁移民。学术界对移民问题的研究起步虽早,但却存在重外迁移民研究而忽视后靠移民研究、重政策层面研究而忽视学术层面研究、重经济发展研究而忽视社会文化变迁研究等方面的问题。今后应为在后靠移民与外迁移民的比较研究、后靠移民的社会适应性研究、后靠移民的跟踪观察和分析、利用多学科的优势来研究后靠移民问题等方面加强对该问题的研究。

Analysis and Summary of Three Gorges Latter Settled Immigration

The fundamental modes of non-voluntary immigration of Three Gorges Project include latter settled immigration and outside moving immigration.Academic circles research on the immigration problem is comparatively early.Up to now,we have achieved in many research territories,including risk analysis of immigration placement,sustainable development of immigration,social mergence and compatibility of immigration,the traditional culture influence from immigration.But the research of Three Gorges immigration still exist some problems,as follows: pay attention to the research of the outside moving immigration but neglect the research of latter settled immigration,emphasize the research of political stratification but ignore the research of academic stratification,attach importance to the research of economic development but overlook the research of social culture vicissitude.From now on,we should strengthen the research on these aspects which include the comparative research of the latter settled immigration and outside moving immigration,the social compatibility research of the latter dependence on immigration,the tracking observation and analysis on the latter dependence on immigration,using the multi-disciplines advantages research the problem of the latter dependence on immigration.
