| Abstract: | The development of contract freedom shows the variations of itself, so it is necessary to restrict it.The theoretical foundation of contract freedom is the view of modern social justice. But restricting contract freedom doesn't mean denying contract freedom. Its restriction should be kept within the limitation of realizing the modern social justice. |
