| Abstract: | To grasp profoundly its connotation and theoretical value is the foundation to implement the vision of scientific development comprehensively.The theoretical value of the vision of scientific development lies in that it is a new revelation of the Geist der Zeit,a new advancement of social development theories,a new discovery in quest of laws for socialist constructions,and a renewal of the CPC's ideas of ruling. |
