| 摘 要： | 从中外比较中会发现我国高师院校教育实习中至少存在以下主要问题：实习目标定位缺乏针对性、实习前期准备缺乏基础性、实习时间和安排缺乏合理性、实习内容缺乏综合性、实习管理缺乏多元性、实习基地缺乏稳定性。针对这些问题，高师院校应采取相应的措施。

| Abstract: | By comparing China with foreign countries,we can find some problems in teaching practice of our normal universities as follows:Aim of practice is lack of pertinence,preparation of practice is lack of basic,arrangement of time is lack of rationality,contents of practice of lack of comprehensiveness,management of practice is lack of plurality and bace of practice is lack of stability. |
