略论我国公务员的德性

反腐倡廉是我国政府在相当一段时间内的工作重点、难点之一。国内外实践证明,加强法制和道德建设是反腐败的两把利剑。国家公务员是否具有德性,直接关系到行政道德建设在反腐倡廉过程中的功能发挥。为此,探究我国公务员的德性内涵具有重要意义,从行政道德实践来看,我国公务员具有忠诚、奉公、正义、勇气等德性。

Virtue: the Ethics of Public Servants

Anti-corruption,which tops central government's agenda,will be an arduous task for China in a rather long period of time.To put corruption under control,domestic and overseas experience demonstrates that one government should strengthen the rule of law and moral construction.Meanwhile,the ethics of public servants is directly related to the success of moral construction.Therefore it's significant to explore what virtues should public servant's ethics include.Through administrative practices,we conclude that public servants should be loyal,law-abiding,just,and courageous.
