《易经》中道思维及其管理思想研究

近年来,随着中国式管理受到世界的关注,学界与企业界开始向古老的东方汲取智慧.《易经》是中华民族五千年文明的结晶,其蕴涵的中道思维深深的印在了中国人的文化习惯中,指导着我们的日常行为活动.本文从管理哲学、管理原理与管理道德三个视角提炼阐述“中道”思维及其管理思想,指出在超竞争环境中,企业要依经权而易变,秉承人本管理理念,以人为本、刚柔相济进行经营管理,确保稀缺资源的有效利用,追求并实现“保合太和”的系统目标.

Madhyamapratipad in "I-Ching" and its Management Thoughts

Recently,along with more and more concerning about the way of Chinese management around the world,the academia and business community began to learn the wisdom from the ancient East."I-Ching"is the concentration of the Chinese five millenniums civilization,its madhyamapratipad is impressed on Chinese people’s cultural habits,and guides people’s daily behaviors and activities.This article extracted and described madhyamapratipad and its management thoughts from management philosophy,principles and morality,and pointed out that in the ultra-competitive environment,companies have to change in accordance with right,adhere to the management philosophy with people-oriented center and operate the management with hardness and softness,ensure the effective usage of scarce resources,pursue and achieve the goal of "maintaining harmony system".
