| 摘 要： | 农村富余劳动力的转移是历史的必然趋势。我国农村富余劳动力的转移具有规模大、行业集中和地区分布不平衡等特点。促进农村富余劳动力转移的出路在于积极发展小城镇、加强乡镇企业的发展、实现农业产业化和开放服务业市场等方面。
