| 摘 要： | 牧羊业是畜牧经济的重要组成部分.宋代官、私牧羊业,尤其是北宋以及北方的牧羊业取得了巨大发展,这与宋政府的政策导向、社会饮食习惯、贵羊贱猪的中医理论、羊的生活习性密不可分.牧羊业的兴盛为宋人提供了丰富的肉食、重要的手工业原料、必要的军用物资,对于活跃市场,发展商品经济,提高人民的物质生活水平和国防安全有着重大意义.

| Abstract: | Tending sheep is very important to the husbandry economy.Eepecialy in North Song Dynasty and the northern area.The development was inseparable from the efficient administration made by the government,the habits of people's life,and the difference of climate.The prosperity of sheep husbandry provided abundant food,important material of industry and military.It not only stimulited the commercial development,but satisfied material and cultural needs of people.It also could satisfy the needs of military use. |
