| 摘 要： | 全球化是一把"双刃剑",全球化对我国的政治文化建设提供了难得的机遇,也对我国的政治文化建设提出了严峻的挑战。在全球化背景下,如何加强我国的政治文化建设,促进社会发展所需的价值观念和思想理论的产生和传播,凝聚最广大的社会政治资源,为我国社会主义现代化事业奠定合法性基础,是一个十分重要的问题。
