| 摘 要： | COACH技术通常是指通过发人深省和富有想象力的对话过程最大限度地激发个人的天赋潜能和职业潜力的活动。结合大学生双创的现实,COACH技术强调对创业潜质的唤醒,使用教练的有效对话技术在创业目标中澄清,利用COACH架构技术在“创新创业“决策中有效推动,应用COACH技术创新“双创”课堂教学方法。
