| 摘 要： | 《幼儿园工作规程》是幼儿园的工作指南,对于幼儿园工作起着规范和统领的作用。时隔二十年,试行多年的《规程》正式实施,那它与1996年颁布的《规程》有怎么样的发展是一个值得关注的问题。笔者从国家政策、幼儿园管理、幼儿园教职工、幼儿保育教育、合作共育五方面出发,总结出新《规程》的特点,并从学前教育事业、幼儿园管理、安全问题、教职工队伍四方面对其实施后的作用进行一个展望。

| Abstract: | The kindergarten working procedure is a kindergarten to guide the work of, for kindergarten development plays a specification and commanding role. After a lapse of 20 years, trial years formally implemented, that it and issued in 1996 the how development is a problem worthy of attention.The author from the national policy, kindergarten management, kindergarten teachers, child care, education, cooperation produced five aspects, summarizes the characteristics of the new "regulations",and from preschool education career, kindergarten management, security, staff team four sides face looks forward to a role after its implementation. |
