品格教育共同体建构

摘    要:品格的养成需要外部环境的支持。进行有效品格教育需要构建一个包括政府部门、学校、家庭、社会等多方参与者在内的品格教育共同体。政府在品格教育中起到主导和推动作用,一是要推动价值共识的形成,二是要宣扬和推广价值共识和品格教育计划,三是通过行政力量推动品格培养。品格教育的多方参与者之间要进行协作,主要包括:家庭和学校之间的协作,学校和社区的协作,家庭与社区的协作。

Abstract:The formation of character needs the support of the external environment. If we want to make character education effective,we should build a character-education community including many participants such as government,school,family and society. The government plays a dominant role in promoting and in character education,it should promote the formation of the consensus of value,publicize and promote value consensus and character education plan,promote character-building by administrative power. Various participants of character education should collaborate,collaboration between family and school,school and community,family and community.
