微支付存在问题的解决

随着网络的普及和电子商务越来越贴近人们的生活,小规模交易的频率越来越高,这些交易的共同特点就是收费金额很小,但消费频繁,因此,实际上大的交易量相加也给这类交易带来了可观的总量。从表面上看,这种新型的支付模式给运营商带来了利润,给消费者带来了便捷,但是隐藏在这背后的,是一些问题的亟待解决和一些法律上的规制与保护。提出微支付的应用机制并制定与之相应的法律规范,使之向着合理有序和法制化的方向发展,以实现金融支付体系的完整。
