| 摘 要： | 少数民族地区拥有其他地区无法比拟的资源优势，但由于保护不足、开发过度，民族地区的资源优势受到破坏，生态环境日益恶化。这其中有民族地区经济落后和生产方式落后的原因，也有污染产业转移和考核机制不合理的原因。为了实现民族地区可持续发展，民族地区应结合自己的优势资源，发展优势低碳产业，发展具有优势的农畜产品加工产业、矿产品加工产业、旅游产业、中医药产业和水电产业。

| Abstract: | Ethnic minority regions have incomparable advantage in natural resources. However, inadequate protection and excessive development are destroying the advantage and deteriorating the ecological environment. Backward regional economy and mode of production, transferring of the polluted industries, unreasonalbe assessment mechanism are all the causes of such situation. In order to realize the sustainable development, ethnic minority regions should take the advantage and develop low carbon industries such as agricultural products processing industry, mineral products processing industry, tourist industry, traditional Chinese medicine industry, and hydropower industry. |
