论集体主义教育的内涵简

集体主义教育是指对受教育者有目的、有计划地施以影响，使其形成集体主义伦理道德和价值原则的实践活动的总和。这里的集体是指工人阶级占主导地位的、以工农联盟为基础，不断追求人的全面自由发展的劳动者联合体。集体主义伦理道德的核心是公私观，体现了对人与人、人与集体关系的规范要求。集体主义价值原则主要是强调集体利益和个人利益二者之间的辩证统一与不可分性。集体主义教育既贯穿于思想政治教育中，又作为相对独立的一部分，构成思想政治教育内容的重要方面。

On the Connotation of Collective Education

Collective education refers to the practice which makes the educatee to form morals and values of collectivism with planned and purposeful influence. The collective herein means the laborer association which is dominated by the working class, based on the alliance of workers and peasants and takes the pursuit of man＇s freedom and all-round development as its final goal. The core of collectivism morals is to establish correct concepts of the public and the private. It demonstrates the standard of how to deal with the relations between individuals and the collectivity. The values of collectivism focus on the connection of dialectical unity between collective interest and individual interest. Collective education is included in the education of ideology and politics on one hand, and is a relatively independent part on the other hand.
