摘    要:朝鲜族的民族传统文化传承及教育现代化的总体情况良好,但大量朝鲜族青少年不具备民族语言文字这一民族文化的基本特征,对本民族的历史与文化缺乏了解,朝鲜族学校实施民族文化教育的程度、内容、方法、途径上存在一些问题;朝鲜族教育设施、设备,朝鲜族教师的教育观念、教育方法、手段,教师队伍等方面距离教育现代化目标尚有差距。朝鲜族教育既要强化民族文化教育,又要加快教育现代化步伐,实现民族传统文化传承与民族教育现代化共赢。

Abstract:At present, both the heritage of Korean ethnic traditional culture and the ization of education are making progress. However, a large number of teenagers modernare not competent enough to use the native language, and lack in the knowledge of ethnic history and culture. The education about ethnic culture at schools for Korean ethnic group needs improvement in the contents, and the methods. The facilities, equipments, teacher's concepts and teaching methods can't meet the requirement of education modernization. Not only should the ethnic culture education be enforced, but also the modernization of education be quickened. In this way, a win-win situation of ethnic culture heritage and education modernization would be realized.
