日本投降后国共两党对东北地区朝鲜人的政策及其影响

1945年8月日帝投降后,国共两党在东北展开了激烈的争夺战.在此过程中,国共两党对朝鲜人实行了截然不同的民族政策,不仅对朝鲜人的归国和定居产生了巨大的影响,而且在一定程度上也影响着东北解放战争的顺利进行.国民党视东北朝鲜人为侨民,制定了将其全部遣送回国的基本方针,对其财产则视为日伪遗产予以全部没收或扣押.结果,国民党“收复区”内的大部分朝鲜人或归国,或前往共产党“解放区”.与此相反,共产党尊重东北朝鲜人的民族感情和意愿,主张赋予他们“双重国籍”,在土地改革中给予其土地所有权,这为大部分朝鲜人放弃归国而定居中国东北创造了条件,进而使得他们自愿投入到共产党领导的东北解放战争的洪流中,并最终发展为中华民族大家庭的新成员——中国朝鲜族.

Policies toward the Korean People in Northeast China by Kuomintang and CPC after the Surrender of Japanese Imperialist

After the surrender of Japanese Imperialist, Kuomintang and the Communist Party of China （CPC） began a fierce fighting in Northeast China. However, different policies toward the Korean people living in this area were implemented by the two Parties. Kuomintang identified the Korean people as the overseas and intended to repatriate all of them. And their possessions should be forfeit or distrained. As a result, most of the people in the ＂reclaimed areas＂ ruled by Kuomintang returned to their homeland or went to the ＂li- brated areas＂ governed by CPC. In contrast, CPC valued the Korean people＇s feelings and willingness. They were granted with ＂a double-nationality＂ and the land ownership as well. Thus most of the Korean people decided to settle down to Northeast China and voluntarily devoted to the liberation war led by CPC. In the end, they evolved into a new member of the Chinese nation-Korean nationality.
