民族高等教育服务区域经济社会发展实证研究——以延边大学为例

在大众化教育背景下,民族高等教育依托学科建设,以其智力资源和人才优势,带动一个甚至几个相关高科技产业,以此服务区域经济社会发展,这是民族高等教育自身发展的必然要求.同时,依托高等教育促进区域经济社会发展,既是区域经济社会发展的客观要求,也是地方政府的一种政策选择.延边大学的实证研究表明,民族高等教育服务区域经济社会发展的趋势愈加明显,应挖掘潜力,在特色方向上培育优势,拓展服务渠道和服务空间;转变发展方式,加强科技创新,促进产学研结合,引领区域经济社会发展;同时还要注重民族文化的挖掘和保护,做大做强文化产业.

Service of Higher Education for Nationalities to Regional Development——A case study of Yanbian University

Under the backgroud of mass instruction, higher education for nationalities should rely on disciplinary construction and take the advantage of talent resources so as to bring along the related high-tech industries and the regional development as well. Meanwhile, to advance regional economic and social development with the support of higher education is not only an objective requirement, but also a route of policy implementation for the local government. The empirical study of Yanbian University shows that it has been a trend for higher education to serve regional development in ways of exploring the peculiar potentials, widening the service channels, transforming the developing mode, strengthening technical in novation, forwarding the integration of industry with academic research, and focusing on the development of culture industry.
