| 摘 要： | 朝鲜半岛对于中国而言具有重要的战略价值,这是长久以来的共识.但是,这一战略价值的内涵却并非是一成不变的.在抗美援朝的决策过程中,基于国家安全的现实考虑,中国领导人得出了中朝两国“唇齿相依、唇亡齿寒”的判断,朝鲜半岛也因此被认为是中国的“战略缓冲地带”.中苏关系恶化以后,中朝两国关系也随之发生变动,朝鲜半岛“缓冲地带”的战略价值开始削弱.冷战结束以后,中朝关系一度陷入低谷,而中韩关系却得到了深入发展.与此同时,朝鲜核问题、朝鲜南北分裂及其引发的地区局势持续动荡,已经对中国的国家安全构成了潜在的威胁.在这种情况下,中国有必要进一步思考对朝鲜半岛战略价值的判定.而在这一战略价值判定的思考过程中,中国不但要顾及到与朝鲜之间的传统友好关系,同时也必须考虑到与韩国之间的战略合作伙伴关系.

| Abstract: | It has been a consensus that Korean Peninsula has strategic value to China. How- ever, the connotation of the strategic value is not fixed. Korean Peninsula was regarded as China＇s ＂strategic buffer zone＂ during the War to Resist US Aggression and Aid Korea. Then the worsening of Sino Soviet relationship weakened the strategic value. After the Cold War, Sino-DPRK relations ran down while the Sino-ROK relations developed. The nuclear issue, the division of North and South Korea and the unstable situations on the Peninsula have potentially threatened China＇s national security. Therefore, it is necessary to rejudge the strategic value in consideration of the traditional friendly Sino-DPRK relationship and the Sino-ROK strategic partnership. |
