| 摘 要： | 国民艺术素养教育是繁盛于民族传统、民族发展根基的事业,在全球化进程中,这一事业的民族繁荣与振兴的意义尤为突出。国民艺术素养,包括国民的艺术感、艺术趣味、艺术理想、艺术行为水平,这是人们通过教育而养成的素质。艺术素养的教育养成的当下根据,包括传统、民间艺术、民间习俗、文化部门有计划的培训、艺术商品化及生活艺术化、不同层次学历教育中的艺术教育及专业艺术教育,这些教育养成根据构成一个素质教育系统,不同的根据在不同的系统位置上发挥作用又彼此关联。

| Abstract: | National art education thrives with national traditions and national development foundation.In the process of globalization,the prosperity and revitalization of national art education is of great significance.National artistic accomplishment,including national sense of art,artistic taste,artistic ideal and artistic behavior,is acquired through education.Artistic accomplishment education is composed of traditional folk art training,folk custom education and the systematic training of cultural departments. |
