近三十年来国内外乡村民宿研究进展

在体验经济背景下民宿旅游与乡村旅游迎来全新发展热潮。基于CNKI总库、Web of Science核心数据库、EBSCO数据库1990—2017年的文献，运用CiteSpace软件系统梳理国内外乡村民宿研究脉络。国外研究内容主要有乡村民宿消费者、民宿主及两者互动关系等；国内研究则注重实践探索，主要包括利益相关者研究、经营管理研究和延伸产品研究。国内外研究呈现研究对象体系化、研究视角实证化、研究方法定量化特点。未来乡村民宿研究要加强理论、方法等方面的探讨，注重地方文化挖掘、时空追踪及从业者心理建设等内容的研究。

Research Progress of Rural Bed and Breakfast at Home and Abroad in the Past Three Decades

Under the stimulations of experiential economy, the bed and breakfast tourism and rural tourism usher in a new development boom. Through the retrieval of relevant literatures from 1990 to 2017 in the CNKI database, the Web of Science core database and the EBSCO database, CiteSpace software was used to review the research context of rural bed and breakfast accommodation at home and abroad. The foreign research focuses on the consumers, the hosts of bed and breakfast and the interactive relationship between each other. The domestic research focuses on the practical exploration, including the stakeholder research, management research and extension of product research. The domestic and foreign research shows the characteristics of systematic research object, empirical research perspective and quantitative research methods. The future study should focus on the theories and methods, the research of local culture mining, time and space tracking and the psychological construction of practitioners.
