| 摘 要： | 赋予宗教组织法人资格是世界各国的普遍做法,至于将之设计成何种法人,各国的做法不尽相同。文章认为在我国将宗教组织改造成法人的内外部条件已经成熟。因此,建议制定宗教法人法,使宗教组织尽早实现法人化。

Research on Becoming a Artificial Person of Religious Organization |

| Abstract: | All the nations in the world have entrusted to religlous organization's qualification of the artificial person,but their ways have nothing in common with each other.This paper holds that the inside and outside conditions are ripe for reforming religious organization into artificial person,so we should work out the law of religious artificial person and make religious organization to become a artificial person as far as possible. |
