2007年大选后的法国政党格局及其欧盟政策

法国的政党政治,长期以来是由保卫共和联盟与法国民主联盟组成的右翼阵营和由社会党与共产党组成的左翼阵营之间的政治较量。近年来这种格局似乎出现了一种转向新型的极左、中左、中右和极右四极竞争的态势。政治格局的变化影响到法国的欧盟及欧洲一体化政策。法国对欧盟和欧洲一体化的政策已经演变为首先是主流政党与新极右翼政党之间的政治较量,并导致法国公众于2005年全民公决否定了《欧洲联盟宪法条约》。2007年5~6月举行的法国总统选举,法国公众对萨科齐的选择,同时也是对锐意"改革求变"的法国未来和继续推进一体化的欧洲未来的选择。

Party Structure of France after the 2007 Election and its EU Policy

The party politics of France,generally speaking,has for long time been a political strife between the two camps: the right wing camp,composed of the republic-defending league and the French democratic league,and the left wing camp,consisting of the social party and the communist party.This political setup,however,tends to become a competition of the extreme left,the middle left,the middle right and the extreme right,which would certainly influence France's policy reorientation towards EU and European integration.These changes can be felt in the political strife between the mainstream party and the new extreme right wing party and has led to its rejection by means of referendum of the Treaty Establishing a Constitution for Europe in 2005.The presidential election from May to June 2007 and the choice of Nicolas Sarkozy by the French citizens indicate that France appreciates change through positive reform and wants to push further the European integration process.
