前现代社会两个不同时期的舆论传播形式比较

为了考察历史上的舆论传播形式,运用传播学理论,历史纵向地回溯先秦时期与秦汉以降封建社会的舆论传播形式,揭示舆论传播形式的合理性与文化繁荣度和社会稳定性的主面关系。认为:君主虚己纳言、郑人乡学议政、学派以论治世,是先秦时期多渠道的舆论运动形式;防民之口与君臣谏纳、君主微服私访与窒阻下情上达、民间横向清议与官方粉饰太平,是秦汉以降封建社会的舆论运动形式。舆论传播以思想意识的运动力量曾经促动了社会矛盾走向激化,成为封建王朝更替的诸多原因之一。

Comparative Study on Public Opinion Mechanisms in China''''s Pre -Qin Period and Feudal Society

From the perspective of communication,this paper reviews the mechanisms for public opinion transmission in China's Pre-Qin Period and feudal society.We propose that the rationality of public opinion transmission mechanism helps to promote cultural development and sustain social stability.The ideology of "being condescending and listening to expostulation",which finds its root in primitive society,was followed by rulers of Pre-Qin Period.The diversified means of public opinion transmission established by them contributed to the birth of proud results of culture and civilization.Feudal rulers pursued the policy of "suppressing public opinion",invalidating the upward transmission mechanism for public opinion.The public opinion transmission in feudal society is characterized by "ant-nest" mode.The inefficiency,which intensified social contradictions,was one of the main reasons for frequent changes of dynasties.
