| Abstract: | Science and technology are the first productive forces.Competition of the world,after all, is the competition of talents.The colleges and universities are the cradle to train talents.Therefore,the quality of management decides the realization of goal and function of the colleges and universities.The normative management is the guarrantee and basis of reform, development and stabilization ,and it helps to realize the sustainable development of those colleges and universities. |
