| 摘 要： | 文章分析了价值范畴的构成和属性,阐述了经济法的价值属性在于一般和特殊、客观和主观、静态和动态的辨证统一,论述了应从经济安全、效率与公平以及可持续发展的角度建构经济法的价值,指出适度干预是实现经济法价值的根本途径。

| Abstract: | Value can be analyzed in terms of its composition and attributes. The attributes of the value of economic law lies in its dialectic unity of generality and specialization, objectivity and subjectivity, static and dynamic forms. This paper makes the assumptions that the value of economic law is to be constructed in terms of economy security, efficiency, equality and sustainable development, and that limited interference is a fundamental way to realize the value of economic law. |
