湖南率先在全国建设农村留守儿童信息数据库 A database, containing information about Hunan＇s rural left-behind children （whose parents have left home to work elsewhere） who are under 18, will be established by May 2014. Representatives from Hunan Provincial Women＇s Federation and Hunan Provincial Post Corporation, the organizations that will create and maintain the database, made the announcement during a videoconference on September 29, 2013.
