| 摘 要： | 和谐社会的基本内涵之一是政务和谐,而档案开放是构建和谐社会政务和谐的重要内容之一。档案开放与和谐社会构建存在着良性互动：档案开放是构建和谐社会的内在要求和必然选择,社会的和谐反之又将促进档案更好地向社会开放。我们应积极推进档案开放,加快社会主义和谐社会的构建。

| Abstract: | One of the basic contents of harmonious society is that the governmental affairsare harmonious, and archives opening is one important aspect of harmonious governmental affairs. Archives opening is an intrinsic requirement and inevitable choice to the construction of harmonious society, which conversely promotes archives opening. Therefore, now we should quicken the development of harmonious society on the basis of actively advancing archives opening. |
