论孙中山的宗教信仰与文化取向

孙中山先生早年在香港受洗加入基督教,此后他虽然投身于革命事业,仍一直保持对基督教的信仰。但是孙中山对基督教义的认识、他所崇仰的具体对象前后却有甚大的变化。这种对西方宗教的信仰深刻地影响了孙中山一生的文化取向,显示出他摆脱中国传统文化束缚的力度。然而孙中山从来不曾同本民族文化完全离异,他的文化取向与宗教信仰经历了由重合到分离的过程。

On Sun Yatsen’s Religious Belief and Cultural Choice

Early Sun Yat-sen was baptized a Christian in Hong Kong, and kept accept-ing Christianity though he alter took part in revolution. However, in different stages of hislife there was a great change both in his understan-ding of Christianity and in the concreteobject he admired. In his whole life his belief in Western religion deeply influenced his cultur-al choice displaying a strong tendeney to deviate from Chinese Culture. Yet Sun Yet-sennever broke away completely from Chinese Culture, his cultural choice merging with his reli-gious belief at first bnt separating from it at a later stage.
