| 摘 要： | 针对独立学院学风问题,提出通过加强学生干部队伍建设的方法,促进学生风建设。学生干部的培养是一个系统工程,以德才兼备为标准选拔,加强制度和团队建设,有针对性地合理使用学生干部,能够促进学生干部的队伍建设,进而推动学风建设。

| Abstract: | The problem of study style construction came out in the independent institute.And enhancing the students＇ leaders quality is an effective method to improve the construction of study style.Training students＇ leaders is a systematic system.Therefore,we should select excellent students＇ranks leaders under the standards of both ability and practical integrity,and at the same time,we must strengthen the construction,and not ignorant to make use of the students＇ leaders effectively.In this way,excellent students leaders can not only form a great students＇ troop,but also play an important role in constructions of the style of study. |
