| 摘 要： | 中小企业的发展对中国渐进改革和国民经济的增长具有重要意义,但目前中小企业面临严峻的融资困难,要改善中小企业的融资环境,首先必须提高中小企业的自身素质,其次制订有利于中小企业发展的国家政策法规。
